Charge Point App, ecar connect, for electric car drivers is launched by ESB ecars
ESB ecars is delighted to announce the launch of ecar connect iPhone and Android App.
The app provides charge point location information, navigation and the charge point type (Standard/Fast) as well as the location of future charge points. The App also provides users with the latest news from ESB ecars.
Ecar connect App gives EV drivers the opportunity to locate charge points in Ireland as well as to keep updated on the infrastructure that is being rolled out nationwide. It also offers potential EV owners a view of charge points available in the destinations that they travel to.
The vision is to achieve a seamless user experience connecting the smartphone, electric car and charging infrastructure. In line with the launch of the charge point management system, the later phases of the App will include real-time information about whether the charge point is in use or not as well as a charge point reservation system.
