The ESB Customer Supply website adheres to the guidelines of the international Web Accessibility standard WCAG 1.0 Level-A.
Compliance to the Level-A standard was implemented by ESBI Computing in June 2003, and was confirmed in an independent evaluation carried out by Ennis Information Age Services.
Ongoing compliance of the website to the WCAG standard is assessed at six-monthly intervals by OpenInterface.

Change the size of the text on this website
If you find the text size on this website too small to read comfortably, you can change its size.
The way you do this depends on the browser (i.e. the software program) you use to view the web.
However, some computers also allow you to change text size simply by holding down the 'control' or 'alt' keys and using the wheel in the middle of your mouse to make the text larger and smaller.

- Select View from the menu at the top of the browser window
- Select Text Size from the list of available options
- Select the size you require from the side menu that opens up
