Please follow the below steps to report a faulty street light.

Identify the faulty light

• Every street light has a number which you can find on the pole
• You will need to quote this number when you report a fault
• We will also need the name of the street or road the light is located on

Airtricity Utility Solutions are responsible for the maintenance of street lights. You can call their Public Lights call centre on 1850 372 772 to report the broken or faulty street light.

Contact your local authority

Some public lights are maintained solely by the local authority.
If this is the case in your area, you should contact your local authority's public lighting section.
