What we do
We are the ESB division responsible for managing your electricity supply account.
Our key priority is to maintain the highest standards of customer service while helping our customers to get the most value from our service.
We currently supply electricity to 1.8 million customers in the Republic of Ireland.
Promoting energy efficiency
We provide information and advice on the efficient use of electricity to enable customers to reduce their electricity usage.
We also promote energy efficient products for both the home and business and provide energy efficiency advice to customers.
