Sean Kelly
About Sean Kelly
Sean Kelly joined ESB as an apprentice in Limerick in June 1997 and on successful completion of his apprenticeship was appointed to Newcastle West in 2001 where he went on-call in 2002. Sean served as the local shop steward from 2007 to 2011. He was the Safety Champion for Newcastle West from 2004 to 2011, during which time he was instrumental in the implementation of Interdependency. Sean was appointed as a Safety Rep. for the Mid-Western Division in 2010 and continues in that role. He has served as a branch official in the Limerick No.2 Branch of the T.E.E.U. since 2002 and has been the Branch Organiser since 2009. He is currently the Chairperson of the Mid-Western Local Implementation Group (L.I.G.). Following a successful election he took up duty as Worker Board Member in January 2011.
