The ESB Electric Ireland Homes Services Team is committed to offering our customers the best advice available and a flexible, expert service.
The Home Services Team commits to delivering excellent, customer service, to ensuring all its products and services are competitively priced and that the best energy saving solution is delivered for each and every home at all times.
The Home Services Team has five key customer service guarantees:

1: General Enquiries
All enquiries can be made directly to the Home Services Team at 1850 372 333 or alternatively you can send your enquiry to homeservices@esbelectricireland.ieAll telephone calls received will be answered in a professional and courteous manner.
Messages left overnight will be acknowledged the following working day.
All enquires received via telephone or by email to homeservices@esbelectricireland.ie will be acknowledged immediately and your query will be answered within one working day

2: Appointments
When you contact us with a general enquiry or for a free quotation, a member of the Home Services Team will inform you of the options that suit your needs.The Team member will make an appointment for a site visit directly with you within five days, and agree a time (am or pm) that suits.
Arrangements can be made to accommodate appointments outside normal working hours. If, for any reason, you need to reschedule an appointment, we will endeavour to agree a new date and time at your earliest convenience.

3: Customer Relationship Management
Our relationship with you is very important to us. We have an experienced customer care team as well as an expert team of SEAI registered Installers to advise you on the full range of products and services on offer.Home Services Team members, on visiting your home,
- will produce ESB Electric Ireland Home Services identity cards.
- will be polite, professional, courteous and helpful.
- will have the knowledge and expertise to advise on and carry out whatever works may be required in your home
The Home Services Team members will ensure minimum disruption to your home and will leave it clean and tidy when finished.

4: Quality Assurance Regime
We are confident that our Home Services team will provide quality work at all stages of the job. However, to put your mind at ease we have developed a quality control framework.To ensure you receive the very best service we will be quality auditing a representative sample of jobs at all stages of the process.
You may receive a phone call from a member of our quality assurance team, if your house is selected for audit.

5: Customer Satisfaction
We are confident that you will be impressed with the quality and flexibility of our service. However, if any aspect leaves you dissatisfied, please contact our Home Services Team on 1850 372 333, or email us at homeservices@esbelectricireland.ieOur aim is to resolve all concerns or complaints to your complete satisfaction
All customer complaints will be dealt with by a Customer Care Specialist.
In instances where further investigation is required, a Home Services Manager will be in direct contact with you.
