What is the Free Electrons Accelerator Programme

Irish energy start-ups are being encouraged to apply for a coveted spot on the Free Electrons programme.

Thirty successful applicants will be invited to participate in a three-day bootcamp event which takes place in Dublin between April 2 and 4th. There, they will showcase their solutions as well as their teams in order to gain one of the 12 spots in the programme.

Over the course of the following six months, they will refine and develop their products with the aid of the participating 10 utilities and participate in two module events in the US and Asia. The winner of the €200,000 cash prize and the opportunity to bring their product or service to the worldwide market.
