Each year we recruit up to 80 graduates.

Joining ESB is an opportunity to become part of Ireland’s foremost energy company and to develop existing skills and gain new ones.

ESB is more than an energy company. By investing in new technologies, forging partnerships across the globe and developing new solutions in our Innovation hub we are helping to build a brighter future.

Applications for the 2019 Graduate Development Programme are now closed. Applications for the 2020 programme will open in September 2019.

When you apply, you will be asked to complete an online application form. Here you will be asked to attach your CV and complete an online assessment that will be emailed to you.

Employment for successful candidates will commence the following September.
