Tickets Up For Grabs from Electric Ireland’s #90sPowerParty
Electric Ireland, Official Energy Partner to Electric Picnic, has launched its much anticipated #90sPowerParty ticket competition giving fans the opportunity to win from a pot of 30 tickets to the sold out festival.
To take part, entrants simply need to impress judge Mark McCabe with their 90s dance moves by ‘dancebombing’, a sneaky dance move behind their unsuspecting friends or family!
From Monday 17th August until Friday 21st August, participants will be in with the chance of going to Electric Picnic, courtesy of Electric Ireland, with tickets to be won twice a day for five days. Entrants simply need to follow these steps:
1. Start with an easy warm up – by logging on to 90sPowerParty.ie and adding your Twitter/Instagram handle (remember to change your Instagram settings from private to public).
2. Confirm your deets – just pop in your email address and you are good to go!
3. Upload your dancebomb – Get a pal to record your dancebomb entry then upload it to Instagram or Twitter with #90sPowerParty. You can share on Facebook too.
The two winning video entries for each day will receive three tickets each to go to Electric Picnic. Winners will be announced on Electric Ireland's Facebook and Twitter pages so stay tuned to see if you're one of the lucky ones - now what are you waiting for, get dancebombing!

Last week Electric Ireland unveiled details of its #90sPowerParty plans for this year’s Electric Picnic with more exciting news still to be announced. Previous campaigns have involved bringing Mr. Motivator and the Queen of Power ballads, Bonnie Tyler to the picnic capturing the imagination of the nation. This year the brand is further ramping up its activity and those attending will not be disappointed.
On Saturday September 5th, Mark McCabe will perform a live set of Ireland’s fourth biggest-selling single of all time, ‘Maniac 2000’ while on Sunday night, 90s anthem Eurodance group from Holland, The Vengaboys, will perform at Electric Ireland’s #90sPowerParty tent at Electric Picnic with a set that includes ‘Boom Boom Boom Boom’, ‘We Like To Party’, and ‘We’re going to Ibiza’.
As Official Energy Partner to Electric Picnic, Electric Ireland installs 6 kilometres of energy efficient festoon lighting around the camp sites and walk ways to guide festival go-ers around the festival and will also provide mobile phone charging on site.
