To mark Pride Week 2016 (22nd to 26th June), ESB's logo has been adapted to reflect the Pride colours.
ESB are proud members of GLEN's (Gay Lesbian Equality Network) Diversity Champions Network since 2014 and have been working to ensure ESB is an LGBT+(Lesbian Gay Bisexual and Transgender) inclusive workplace. On Thursday 23rd June, Jim Dollard Executive Sponsor of ESB’s LGBT+ Inclusive Workplace, launched ESB's LGBT+ and Allies Employee Network called BeMe@ESB. Guest Speaker for the launch was Dónal Óg Cusack.
ESB is committed to working a more consciously inclusive workplace and our Diversity Strategy identifies five key priority areas : Gender, LGBT, Disability, Ethnic, Family.
