Our Engineering Summer Internship Programme is designed for emerging STEM talent who want to make a real impact. Across your placement, you’ll gain hands‑on experience in the energy sector, work on meaningful technical projects, and see how your skills can shape a clean energy future. You’ll develop professionally, build key industry skills and contribute directly to our ambition to achieve Net Zero by 2040. Many of our interns go on to secure a place on our Graduate Development Programme or are invited back for further internships.

Partnering with organisations to provide opportunities for all

We work with such organisations as AHEAD to offer graduates with disabilities the chance to work with us on a paid placement. We encourage all interested parties to check out the AHEAD website where all information and application details can be accessed.

We also offer scholarships to support students pursuing further education as part of our renewable energy projects, such as Oweninny Wind Farm in Co Mayo. Keep an eye on this website and local media for information as these become available.
