How did this opportunity shape your personal or professional journey?

This opportunity has helped me grow both personally and professionally. Through ESB's CSR initiatives, I had the rewarding opportunity to take part in volunteering programmes such as Science Blast and a primary school Reading Programme, which helped build my confidence, communication skills, and sense of community involvement.

Outside of my day-to-day role, ESB also provided many social and sporting opportunities, including 5-a-side football tournaments, a GAA 7s weekend away, and Tag Rugby summer tournaments. These experiences allowed me to meet colleagues from across the organisation, build new connections, and develop teamwork skills in a fun environment.
