For over 50 years, ESB International has delivered consultancy, engineering and project services to the global power sector, supporting clients in over 100 countries. We are proud of the role ESB International has played in advancing energy infrastructure and capability worldwide.  

Following a strategic review in 2024 and subsequent organisational changes in 2025, ESB International is now focused on supporting ESB’s Net Zero by 2040 Strategy in Ireland. 

As part of this transition, ESB International’s remaining technical and design engineering teams are being integrated into ESB’s Engineering & Major Projects (EMP) business unit. This enables their expertise to contribute to the delivery of key infrastructure projects for ESB Networks during the Price Review 6 (PR6) period from 2026 to 2030.
